Description: DealHelper is an ad supported Internet Explorer browser helper object. DealHelper is installed without the user's permission with the software TimeSynchronize by the same company. TimeSynchronize acts as a system clock synchronizer. DealHelper resides on the users browser and has the ability to monitor the content of every web page a user is visiting during a browsing session. In turn, this enables advertisers to instantaneously send targeted offers and/or content to its base of users while they are online.
