Remove 180 Search Assistant

180 Search Assistant is an adware type program that will cause popups while you are surfing the web based on keywords from the sites you are visiting. While a popup blocker will solve part of the problem, you will need to move this program from your computer if you want to eliminate this program. Webroot Spysweeper identifies this as an adware program that should be removed from your computer. It is reported that this program reports logs from your web surfing activity back to its server. Ben Edelman has reported that it is also able to be installed via browser security holes. Since you can use Webroot Spy Sweeper for 14 days with no charge, we recommend that you download this program and see what other types of adware and spyware exist on your computer.

To remove 180 Search Assistant,

1. look for the 180 Search Assistant uninstaller program in your add/remove program. Run the uninstall

Now because 180 Search Assistant has the ability to detect that you have uninstalled the program, it will ask you at a later time if you would like to reinstall this program. To prevent this from happening,

1. Navigate to your "windows\downloaded program files" folder. 2. Remove the following files (Some of these may not exist) - nCaseInstaller.class, 180AInstaller.class, ZangoInstaller.class.
