Look2me is an application that gets installed on your computer and works in conjunction with your Internet Explorer. This product may track your internet surfing activity and send this information back to their servers. It may also give you pop up ads based on your surfing history. While they claim to not have any personnal information, this will slow down your internet connection. To remove Look2me manually, follow the below instructions:

Create a windows startup disk.

Boot your computer with the startup disk

at the dos prompt look for the following files and delete them

msg{*.dll
msg116.dll
msg117.dll
msg118.dll
msg119.dll
msg120.dll
msg121.dll
msg122.dll

Reboot your computer without your startup disk.

Delete the following registry keys (if they exist):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {DDFFA75A-E81D-4454-89FC-B9FD0631E726}, if it exists.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ ShellExtensions \ Approved \ {DDFFA75A-E81D-4454-89FC-B9FD0631E726}'
