LZIO is classified by Webroot Software as a trojan horse. The program delivers ads to your computer and will redirect pages that are not found to one of the advertisers on it's network and is also known to be a resource hog. If you happened to read the EULA from lzio, you would find out that you give them full permission to download unspecified programs to your computer. As an added bonus for running this trojan horse program, you fully agree to give them permission to make money off of your personnal information including your name, address, email and much more for. They offer no phone support (they really do care about you), but do have an email support form for any questions that you may have.
